Job Duties
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
- anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
- operates coffee, sandwich, and other food preparation equipment
- performs POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment accurately
- maintains clean workstations and guest areas
- follows direction, works well, and interacts with others respectfully
- complies with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures
- resolves guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
- follows safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- complies with all applicable laws
