Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid certifications for responsible beverage service as required by state
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environment
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as part of daily bar operations
Job Qualifications
- Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic, organization, and the ability to move with urgency
- Comfortable with fast-paced, physically demanding environments
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, curiosity to learn, and commitment to growth
- Must be 21+ and have valid certifications for responsible beverage service (varies by state)
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, organized, and spotless throughout every shift
- Anticipate and fulfill restocking needs for spirits, beer, juice, syrups, garnishes, and glassware
- Maintain ice bins and bar tools to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with prep tasks such as juicing, cutting garnishes, and batching syrups
- Help with breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the bar after service
- Learn cocktail ingredients, spirits, and service techniques to build a foundation for growth
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service
- Work as a team player, supporting floor staff, bartenders, and bar leadership where needed
