Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to commit to flexible part-time schedule
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to stand for long periods
- physical capability to lift heavy items
- basic knowledge of bar operations preferred
- must be at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- strong commitment to hospitality
- ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours
- capacity to lift up to 75lbs
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to learn about craft beer and drink preparation
- punctual and dependable
Job Duties
- anticipate bartender's needs effectively
- keep glassware stocked
- maintain fresh juices and filled supplies
- keep bar tops clean and clutter-free
- monitor the floor and maintain overall space cleanliness
- learn products, drink recipes, and preparation techniques
- build genuine connections with guests
