Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience in a hospitality leadership role
- culinary or hospitality degree preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
- ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
