Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Ability to read and verify work order information
- Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in tire service or automotive alignment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use alignment tools and equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Conduct wheel alignments on vehicles to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and address customer tire needs
- Inspect tires and vehicles for potential issues or additional repairs
- Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as needed
- Work with suspension, brake, and steering systems to ensure safety and reliability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care of equipment
- Additional tasks as assigned by manager
