Job Requirements

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
ability to read and verify work order information
ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience with automotive tire services preferred
ability to operate wheel alignment equipment
strong communication skills
ability to troubleshoot and diagnose tire and wheel issues
capacity to follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols
teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Conduct wheel alignments on vehicles to ensure optimal performance
diagnose and address customer tire needs
inspect tires and vehicles for potential issues or additional repairs
perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as needed
work with suspension, brake, and steering systems to ensure safety and reliability
maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care of equipment
perform additional tasks as assigned by manager
