Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, deliver exceptional service, and anticipate needs
- Explain beverage and food options, answer questions, and build customer rapport
- Handle phone inquiries, process orders accurately, and manage mobile app operations
- Maintain a calm and welcoming presence during busy periods
- Craft consistent, high-quality beverages following Alfred standards
- Maintain coffee equipment and understand coffee/tea origins and flavor profiles
- Prepare food according to Alfred recipes and maintain a clean prep space
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues through active listening and clear communication
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, restock shelves, and assist with deliveries
- Follow all company procedures for cash handling, food safety, cafe organization, and sanitation
- Report safety hazards and employee accidents to the manager
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
- Perform additional tasks to meet company goals as assigned
