Job Requirements
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service
- explain beverage and food options and build customer rapport
- handle phone inquiries and process orders accurately including mobile app operations
- maintain composure during busy periods
- craft consistent, high-quality beverages following company standards
- maintain coffee equipment and understand beverage origins and flavor profiles
- prepare food according to company recipes and maintain food handling protocols
- maintain a clean preparation space
- report safety hazards to the manager on duty
- collaborate effectively with colleagues using active listening and clear communication
- inform management of operational inconsistencies
- ensure a clean and organized work environment
- restock shelves and assist with deliveries
- follow hygiene protocols and food safety standards
- follow all cash handling and company procedures
- report employee accidents to management
- maintain consistent attendance and adhere to company policies
