Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service
- Explain beverage and food options and answer questions
- Handle phone inquiries and process orders accurately
- Craft consistent high-quality beverages following company standards
- Maintain coffee equipment and understand beverage flavor profiles
- Prepare food according to recipes and maintain clean prep space
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate operational inconsistencies
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment and restock shelves
- Follow all company procedures for cash handling and food safety
- Report safety hazards and adhere to company policies
- Adhere to all employee handbook policies
- Perform other tasks as assigned to meet company goals
