- Three years related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred

Job Duties
- Greet every guest promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact
- Be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other hotel departments
- Offer guests an enjoyable experience that meets the hotel's standards of excellence, professionalism, and friendliness
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the service sequence and follow it for every guest
- Possess expert knowledge of the POS system to accurately communicate guest orders
- Demonstrate proficiency in barista work and all coffee and tea-related knowledge
- Handle payment transactions, ensure correct cash handling and gratuity distribution
- Take ownership of service issues brought to attention by guests
- Maintain awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel
- Participate in departmental and administrative meetings as required
- Adhere to hotel standards of operation, policies, procedures, manuals, memos, and verbal instructions
- Be familiar with safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements
