Job Requirements

Able to pass pre-employment background check
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
Previous experience in a dining or similar customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Establish a great first impression for our guests and create a memorable experience
Maintain and share knowledge of food and beverage we provide
Take food and beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques
Ensure station and tables are set up and complete
Clear tables during dining service
Deliver room service
