Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
- Previous experience using smart phones and/or tablets applications strongly preferred
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
- Certification in Food Handler, ServSafe, and TIPS Alcohol Certification

Job Duties
- Provide information on all aspects of available services and facilities for guests
- Greet guests and arrange seating, monitor room atmosphere
- Quote accurate waiting times and handle guest waiting lists or reservations in accordance with established procedure
- Assist guest with special requests
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisor to ensure quality service
- Maintain a seating chart for the restaurant including the bar and the lounge
- Direct the flow of work for both wait staff and bus person
- Update the floor chart regularly throughout the shift
- Clean menus as required throughout the shift
- Clean and organize the host stand daily
- Perform light dusting and maintain the work area
- Assist wait staff as necessary with to-go orders
- Provide prompt, friendly greeting and proper seating of all guests
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front of the restaurant
- Comply with all departments and company rules and regulations
- Attend periodic meetings and training sessions
- Always present oneself in a neat and clean appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
