Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- high school diploma or education equivalent required
- previous server and customer service experience preferred
- demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
- food handler certification
- ServSafe certification
- TIPS alcohol certification
- flexibility to work varying schedules
- physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Practices and supports the mission, vision, and values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC
- familiarizes with service standards for the restaurant including table setups, beverage service, and pre-busing
- cleans and resets tables following sanitation guidelines
- stocks service stations with glasses, cups, and silverware
- cleans restaurant areas including floors and service stations
- monitors cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats, and floors
- leaves money or guest checks on tables
- performs assigned customer service duties such as beverage and plate service
- communicates with host/hostess regarding seating needs and guest issues
- maintains par levels of all equipment and dining supplies
- stocks and maintains outlet side stations
- clears and sets tables in the designated station
- attends meetings and training sessions
- complies with all company policies and government regulations
- promotes positive public and employee relations
- maintains a neat and clean appearance
- performs other assigned duties
