Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a coffee shop or food service environment
- Passion for coffee and a strong interest in learning about different brewing techniques and beverage styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service ensuring a positive and personalized experience
- Prepare and serve coffee espresso drinks teas and other beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently maintaining quality and consistency in every drink
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately providing correct change and processing payments promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the coffee bar and seating areas
- Replenish inventory of coffee beans milk syrups and other supplies as needed
- Assist with baking and food preparation including pastries and light snacks as required
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Oregon Food Handlers Card required for this role
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a friendly cooperative work environment
