Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a high volume, fast-paced dining establishment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Availability to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- TABC and Health Code certification or willingness to obtain
- Punctuality and reliability

- Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time

Job Duties
- Greet members at table and provide service
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies
- Prepare tables by setting up proper linens, silverware and glasses, keep tables organized and presentable
- Ensure drinks and food orders are taken in a timely manner and delivered on time
- Inform members about the daily specials
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional or promotional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or with tablets
- Check member's information to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages (Carding)
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff properly through the POS
- Communicate with managers on any special situations
- Verify member's information is correct when opening tickets
- Serve food and drink orders in a safe and timely manner
- Practice proper service techniques
- Comply with opening and closing duties as required
- Check all utensils are in good condition
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Bus tables on time and follow dish dispensing procedures
- Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specification for reservations or party's (lineups)
- Follow all relevant health department regulations, TABC and Health Code certified
- Provide excellent customer service to members
- Maintained well-groomed, polished image and a professional appearance
- To be on time for each shift and ready to serve
- Teamwork mentality
