Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with seniors preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties

Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities for residents
Encourage resident participation in activities and events
Assist in setting up and cleaning up after activities
Escort residents to and from activities
Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities
Assist in decorating the facility for holidays and special events
Provide one-on-one interaction with residents who are unable to participate in group activities
