Job Requirements
- Casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and methods
- Willingness to work a flexible shift

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen and serving equipment
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards
- Empty waste baskets, trash cans, boxes, and containers
- Assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparation as needed
- Operate appropriate cleaning equipment effectively
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Support dining operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization
