Job Requirements

  • Casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and methods
  • Willingness to work a flexible shift

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen and serving equipment
  • Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards
  • Empty waste baskets, trash cans, boxes, and containers
  • Assist in maintaining food inventories and food preparation as needed
  • Operate appropriate cleaning equipment effectively
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Support dining operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization
