Job Requirements
- Casual knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and methods
- Willingness to work a flexible shift
- Frequent lifting of over 75 pounds
- Ability to work Monday through Sunday shifts including alternating weekends
- Ability to report to work during university closures or emergency conditions

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen and serving equipment
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors of kitchen and related work areas according to prescribed standards
- Empty waste baskets, trash cans, boxes, and containers
- Assist in maintaining food inventories
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Operate appropriate cleaning equipment
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
