Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- must have proven customer service skills
- ability to work in an upscale, fast-paced environment and work well in a team atmosphere under pressure
- knowledge of the appropriate table settings and flat ware
- ability to know all menu items and ingredients as well as proper presentation
- understanding of health and safety rules in a restaurant
- knowledge about plating and presentation
- strong organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart up to 150 lbs.
- must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours
- must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Assisting servers and delivering food in assigned section
- maintaining a clean work station and dining area
- clearing dining tables and ensuring dishes are taken to dish washing area of the kitchen
- ensuring quality with proper presentation and accuracy of food orders
- table maintenance to include water refills, removal & replacement of plate ware, silverware and glassware as guest completes each dish
