Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift and stock up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push, walk, bend, use telephone and keyboard
- Leader endorsement required for internal candidates
- Approval from HRBP required for rehires

Job Duties
- Facilitate catered events from their beginning to a happy conclusion
- Work with the executive chef on menu planning and facilitating the production of catering menus to ensure profitability and company standards
- Plan, develop and present various catering menus using expertise and creativity
- Meet various catering requests of diverse customers
- Demonstrate excellent communication and salesmanship skills with clients and vendors
- Maintain open communication with deli/bistro team, catering department, department manager, and executive chef
- Ensure compliance with all health department and weights and measures policies, laws and requirements
- Control food cost and shrink by monitoring production and implementing reworks
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
