Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift and stock items up to 50 pounds
- safe operation of bakery equipment
- flexible availability to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or retail experience preferred
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- knowledge of bakery products and equipment
- basic math skills for pricing and weighing
- ability to assist with cake decorating preferred
Job Duties
- Providing fast and friendly customer service
- using scale printer machine ensuring weights and pricing are correct
- monitoring product pricing signage and placement using product shelf tags and signage
- keeping clean neat and orderly bench production storage and walk in cooler and freezer areas
- wrapping boxing weighing slicing finishing and stocking bakery products rotating them to ensure quality and safety
- displaying goods following bakery and merchandising guidelines
- taking customer orders ensuring completion on time and to satisfaction
- helping decorators and bakers with personalization and icing of cakes donuts sweet rolls
- performing all other related duties as assigned
