Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Capability to operate and maneuver ground service equipment
Strong communication skills
Service-first attitude
Prior experience in aviation or hospitality preferred

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in aviation ground operations or hospitality is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate ground support equipment
Knowledge of airside safety regulations
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Deliver a seamless and welcoming guest experience
Operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently
Perform aircraft ground services including marshalling and towing
Engage professionally with guests, crew members, and stakeholders
Maintain a service-first mindset at all times
Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ensure compliance with safety protocols around aircraft and airside areas
