Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, and drug tests
- Meet airport background check requirements and maintain airport security badge
- Be insurable under company insurance policies
- Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent vision and coordination including ability to pass color vision test
- Valid state driver’s license, commercial driver’s license (CDL) if required
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow management directives
- Preferred 3 to 6 months experience or training in aviation, customer service or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and ground support equipment
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to complete computer-based training modules successfully

Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate, cooperate, and work closely with all team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure service needs are met
- Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify and perform open job tasks, and report safety concerns
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stair trucks
- Load and unload luggage and cargo into/out of aircraft and other transportation
- Provide professional and friendly guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
- Offer safe, convenient, and courteous transportation when driving shuttle vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
- Handle fuel quality control, receipt, inventory, and documentation
- Comply with and enforce operational, safety, and guest service requirements
- Stop work when unsafe conditions occur and report to management
- Follow emergency response procedures during critical events
- Enforce all security protocols as dictated by Signature Aviation and the airport
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
