Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and meet airport background check requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent vision and coordination including ability to pass color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel
- Possess a valid state driver's license
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors
- Preferred three to six months experience or training in aviation, customer service or related field
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to work in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Good judgment and ability to follow instructions
- Customer service or aviation experience preferred
- Strong hospitality skills with an energetic and guest-focused personality

- Physical ability to operate equipment and perform duties safely
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills and ability to complete training programs
Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure service needs are met including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing
- Proactively prepare for arriving and departing aircraft, perform open job tasks, and report safety concerns
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks
- Load and unload luggage and cargo into and out of aircraft and transportation vehicles
- Provide professional and friendly guest service ensuring an exceptional experience
- Offer safe, convenient, and courteous transportation when driving shuttle vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
- Handle fuel quality control, receipt, inventory, and related documentation
- Comply with and enforce operational, safety, and guest service requirements
- Stop work and report any unsafe conditions
- Follow emergency response procedures during critical events
- Enforce security protocols as dictated by Signature Aviation and airport regulations
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
