Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age 18 years
- Pass company background and motor vehicle checks
- Pass drug tests
- Meet airport security badge requirements
- Be insurable by company insurance policies
- Legally authorized to work in employment jurisdiction
- Excellent vision and pass color vision test
- Valid state driver’s license, commercial driver’s license if required
- Exercise good judgment and follow management directions
- Preferred 3 to 6 months experience or training in aviation, customer service or related field
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
- Ability to read and communicate safety procedures in English
- Basic math skills
- Physical fitness to operate equipment safely including at heights
- Ability to follow multi-step instructions
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency
- Complete training programs successfully

Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and SOPs
- Collaborate with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure service needs are met including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, parking, marshalling, wing walking, delivering catering and towing
- Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify and perform open tasks, and report safety concerns
- Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks
- Load and unload luggage and cargo into/out of aircraft and other transportation
- Provide professional and friendly guest service
- Offer safe and courteous transportation by driving shuttle vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramp operations
- Perform fuel handling including quality control, inventory, and documentation
- Comply with and enforce all operational, safety, and guest service requirements
- Stop work when unsafe conditions or acts are observed and report to management
- Follow emergency response procedures during critical events
- Enforce all security protocols as required
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
