- prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred
- ability to operate ground service equipment
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to work outdoors in variable weather

Job Duties
- Deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience on the private aviation terminal grounds
- operate ground service equipment to assist with aircraft and guest handling
- perform aircraft ground services including marshalling and towing
- engage with guests and flight crew professionally with a service-first mindset
- maintain safety protocols around active aircraft and ground operations
- adapt to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- work effectively in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
