- Ability to operate ground service equipment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform operational tasks
- Previous experience in aviation or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver personalized hospitality to guests and crew members
- Operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform aircraft ground services including marshalling and towing
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols around active aircraft
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of airside facilities
- Communicate effectively with flight crews and terminal staff
- Adapt to changing schedule demands including nights, weekends, and holidays
