Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in aviation or hospitality industry preferred
valid driver’s license with clean record
ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
capability to work in outdoor environments around active aircraft
excellent communication skills
commitment to safety and service excellence

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in aviation ground services or hospitality preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to operate ground service equipment following safety protocols
excellent guest service orientation
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties

welcome and assist guests and crew members on arrival and departure
operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently
perform aircraft ground services including marshalling, towing, and refueling assistance
maintain safety and compliance with all airside regulations
respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
monitor and report any irregularities or issues during aircraft ground handling
