Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pass company background checks and drug tests
- Meet airport badge requirements
- Legally authorized to work
- Excellent vision and coordination
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow management directives
- Preferred experience in aviation or customer service
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Physical ability to operate ground service equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel
- Valid state driver’s license
- Preferred three to six months experience or training in aviation, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent guest service skills with an energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to read and comprehend safety and operational documents in English

- Basic math skills including arithmetic and measurements
- Physical ability to operate vehicles and ground equipment

Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to meet service needs such as fueling, de-icing, lavatory servicing, ground power, potable water services, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing
- Prepare proactively for arriving and departing aircraft, identify and perform open job tasks, and address safety concerns promptly
- Operate and drive ground service equipment including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stair trucks
- Load and unload luggage and cargo from aircraft and transportation modes
- Provide professional and friendly guest service with a positive and helpful attitude
- Offer safe and courteous shuttle transportation for guests, luggage, and cargo
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
- Handle fuel quality control, fuel receipt, inventory, and maintain accurate documentation
- Enforce operational, safety, and guest service requirements
- Stop work and report unsafe conditions or acts
- Follow emergency response procedures during critical events
- Comply with all security protocols from Signature Aviation and airport authorities
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
