Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle checks
- Pass drug screening tests
- Meet airport background check requirements to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction
- Possess valid state driver’s license or CDL as required
- Ability to pass color vision test
- Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely around aircraft and equipment
- Preferred experience or training in aviation or customer service

- Must be legally authorized to work in the employment jurisdiction
- Excellent vision including ability to pass color vision test for aviation fuel inspection
- Possess a valid state driver’s license or commercial driver’s license (CDL) as required
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow supervisory directions
- Preferred three to six months experience or training in aviation, customer service, or related fields
- Strong hospitality skills with energetic and guest-focused personality
- Proficiency in English communication both written and verbal
- Basic math skills including arithmetic and measurement understanding
- Physical ability to operate motor vehicles and ground support equipment
- Critical thinking and reasoning to follow multi-step instructions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with computers and company software
- Ability to complete required training programs successfully
Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate closely with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to ensure all service needs are met including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, potable water services, parking, marshalling, wing walking, delivering catering, and towing
- Proactively prepare for arriving and departing aircraft, identify and perform open job tasks, and immediately report any safety concerns
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks
- Load and unload luggage and cargo to and from aircraft, terminals, guest vehicles, and other transportation modes
- Provide professional, friendly guest service maintaining a positive and helpful attitude to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Offer safe, convenient, and courteous transportation by driving shuttle vehicles to transport guests, luggage, and cargo
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operation areas
- Handle fuel management tasks including fuel quality control, fuel receipt, inventory, and accurate documentation
- Enforce all operational, safety, and guest service requirements
- Stop work and report unsafe conditions or acts to appropriate management
- Follow emergency response procedures
- Comply with security protocols as required by Signature Aviation and airport authorities
- Maintain accurate records of time worked and services performed
