Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
- Ability to pass drug tests
- Meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge
- Must be insurable by company insurance policies
- Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent vision and coordination
- Ability to pass color vision test
- Valid state driver0s license
- Commercial driver0s license required in some locations
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
- Preferred 3 to 6 months experience or training in aviation, customer service, or related field
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge
- Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent vision and coordination for directing aircraft and inspecting aviation fuel
- Ability to pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel
- Must possess a valid state driver0s license
- Commercial driver0s license (CDL) required in some locations as per local regulations
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors and management
- Preferably 3 to 6 months experience or training in aviation, customer service, or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
- Excellent guest service skills with an energetic, outgoing, and guest-obsessed personality
- Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English
- Clear communication skills in English in person, telephone, radio, and writing
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, fractions, angles, degrees, and time
- Physical ability to operate motor vehicles and ground support equipment and perform functions safely from elevated heights
- Ability to carry out multi-step instructions and deal with standardized situations
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and guests
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Computer skills including use of computer, email, company software, and passing computer-based training
- Ability to complete company training programs successfully and on time.
Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate, cooperate, and work closely with all team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure service needs are met including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, parking, marshalling, wing walking, delivering catering and towing
- Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify and perform open job tasks, and immediately speak up or point out observed safety concerns
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stair trucks, etc.
- Load and unload luggage and other cargo into/out of aircraft and from/into the private aviation terminal, guest vehicle, or other transportation
- Provide professional and friendly guest service while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
- Offer safe, convenient, and courteous shuttle transportation for guests, luggage, and cargo
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
- Perform fuel handling including fuel quality control, fuel receipt, inventory, and accurate documentation
- Understand, comply with, and enforce all operational, safety, and guest service requirements
- Stop work when unsafe conditions arise and report to management
- Follow emergency response procedures during critical events
- Enforce all security protocols (physical, cyber, data) as per company and airport regulations
- Maintain accurate records of time worked and services performed.
