Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, and meet airport background check requirements to obtain security badge
- Legally authorized to work in jurisdiction
- Excellent vision and coordination including ability to pass color vision test
- Valid state driver license, commercial driver license may be required based on location
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow management directives
- Preferred 3 to 6 months experience or training in aviation, customer service, or related fields

Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate and work closely with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs including fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, parking, marshalling, wing walking, delivering catering and towing
- Proactively prepare for arriving and departing aircraft, perform open job tasks, and address safety concerns
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stair trucks
- Load and unload luggage and cargo into and out of aircraft and transportation modes
- Provide professional and friendly guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
- Offer safe, convenient, and courteous transportation using shuttle vehicles
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
- Handle fuel quality control, fuel receipt, inventory, and accurate documentation
- Enforce all operational, safety, and guest service requirements
- Stop work and report unsafe conditions or acts
- Follow emergency response procedures during critical events
- Comply with security protocols dictated by Signature Aviation and airport authorities
- Create accurate records for time worked and activities performed
