Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
- Pass drug tests
- Meet airport security badge requirements
- Be insurable by company insurance policies
- Legally authorized to work in jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent vision and coordination
- Pass color vision test for fuel inspection
- Possess valid state driver’s license
- Commercial driver’s license may be required by location
- Ability to follow directions and exercise good judgment
- Preferred 3 to 6 months aviation or customer service experience
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests and meet airport background check requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Excellent vision and coordination with ability to pass color vision test for aviation fuel inspection
- Valid state driver’s license, commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be required based on location
- Preferred 3 to 6 months experience or training in aviation, customer service or related field
- Excellent guest service skills with a proactive, energetic, and guest-obsessed personality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely
- Ability to carry out multi-step instructions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills and ability to complete company training programs successfully
Job Duties
- Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures ensuring efficient and accurate communication through various methods to accomplish operational tasks
- Collaborate, cooperate, and work closely with all team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure service needs are met
- Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, stair trucks, and more
- Load and unload luggage and other cargo into/out of aircraft and from/into the private aviation terminal, guest vehicles, or other modes of transportation
- Provide professional and friendly guest service while exhibiting a positive and helpful attitude to everyone at all times
- Offer safe, convenient, and courteous transportation when driving shuttle vehicle to transport guests, luggage, and cargo
- Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations
