Job Requirements

- Willingness to travel nationally approximately 30 percent

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience
- Experience working with airports or ground transportation operators on permits or agreements preferred
- Strong strategic thinking skills balancing customer experience with business economics
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and negotiate commercial terms
- Experience launching new programs or operational processes cross-functionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to solve complex logistical problems creatively and manage ambiguity
- Willingness to travel nationally about 30 percent of the time
Job Duties
- Define local airport strategy by analyzing market dynamics to tailor host and guest experiences
- Negotiate commercial terms with airports and third-party entities to balance profitability and experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, legal, and government relations teams
- Align regional initiatives with national airports strategy and best practices
- Manage and grow relationships with airport authorities, private operators, and external stakeholders
- Track and communicate key performance metrics using data to identify growth opportunities
- Adjust strategies proactively to address operational challenges and drive success
