Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience including airport or ground transportation sector
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing commercial agreements
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration to launch initiatives
  • Effective communication and networking capabilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally approximately 30 percent
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience
  • Experience working with airports or ground transportation operators on permits or agreements preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking skills balancing customer experience with business economics
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and negotiate commercial terms
  • Experience launching new programs or operational processes cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to solve complex logistical problems creatively and manage ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel nationally about 30 percent of the time

Job Duties

  • Define local airport strategy by analyzing market dynamics to tailor host and guest experiences
  • Negotiate commercial terms with airports and third-party entities to balance profitability and experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, legal, and government relations teams
  • Align regional initiatives with national airports strategy and best practices
  • Manage and grow relationships with airport authorities, private operators, and external stakeholders
  • Track and communicate key performance metrics using data to identify growth opportunities
  • Adjust strategies proactively to address operational challenges and drive success
