Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift
- Ability to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more for up to 1/3 of the work shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience including supervisory responsibilities
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures
- Basic understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations
Job Duties
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including repacking, kit-building, receiving, sorting, and inventory movement
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Conduct pre-shift planning including inventory checks, laundry scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Lead team huddles and post-shift debriefs to communicate goals, progress, and performance
- Perform spot checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and immediately address hazards or incidents
- Manage employee breaks, lunches, and attendance in accordance with company policy
