Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday including weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift
  • Ability to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more for up to 1/3 of the work shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience including supervisory responsibilities
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures
  • Basic understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office and inventory systems
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including repacking, kit-building, receiving, sorting, and inventory movement
  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Conduct pre-shift planning including inventory checks, laundry scheduling, and workflow coordination
  • Lead team huddles and post-shift debriefs to communicate goals, progress, and performance
  • Perform spot checks and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and immediately address hazards or incidents
  • Manage employee breaks, lunches, and attendance in accordance with company policy
