Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to pass random drug tests
- Successful TSA/customs background check
- Physical capability to carry, lift, push, and pull items weighing 50+ lbs
- Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions while wearing protective clothing
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8+ hour shift
- Commitment to safety, security, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attendance and reliability in compliance with Sky Cafe’s rules and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in airport or catering operations preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for coordination with flight and service personnel
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving heavy items
- Familiarity with airport safety regulations
- Commitment to following standard operating procedures
Job Duties
- Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flights
- Verify flight documentation to ensure accuracy in loaded items
- Coordinate with flight attendants and customer service teams to resolve daily issues
- Follow standard operating procedures including positioning vehicles at aircraft, securing work platforms, and loading/unloading carts
- Interact with airport personnel to ensure seamless catering service
- Retrieve inbound carts promptly after unloading
- Maintain safety and security standards throughout all operations
