Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to frequently push, pull, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, lift up to 70lbs and move up to 70lbs
- Ability to constantly walk, stand, handle, grasp and reach out
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Alertness to moving vehicles or aircraft
- Ability to use radio equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions including sun, rain, sleet, or snow
Job Qualifications

- Supervisory experience is required
- Three years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry preferred
Job Duties
- Builds partnerships with customers and sets the example for the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Reviews operational and financial reports to ensure the station is meeting goals and objectives and takes corrective action as required
- Participates in employee relations investigations when complaints arise and resolves issues in a professional and timely manner
- Recruits new employees to ensure appropriate staffing, promotes team-building initiatives and performs coaching and mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members
- Ensure that employees are properly trained and audit safety records as needed
- Sets, measures and manages the performance of self and others
- Leads team members in achieving operational and financial objectives and goals
- Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws
- Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position
- Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
- Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy
