Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- At least 18 years or older
- Successfully complete training
- Capable of lifting 70 lbs
- Able to pass background check for airport badge
Job Qualifications

- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate ground support equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor conditions
- Computer proficiency
- Able to lift 70 lbs
Job Duties
- Lift, load, unload, and transport customer bags and cargo to/from aircraft, bag carts, and conveyor belts
- Drive and operate ground support equipment
- Prepare cabin for customer boarding and departure, including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories
- Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights
- Man ticket counters
- Perform customer service and ramp services
- Follow company and federal safety regulations and procedures
