Job Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- One year of experience in a customer service or hospitality environment
- Must possess or obtain all required security badge access including Customs Border Patrol access within six months of hire
- Valid Class C Texas driver’s license and compliance with City of Houston driving policy
- Ability to work shift work including weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk long distances
- Willingness to work in varying weather and exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and physical examination
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Facilitates international passenger departures and arrivals through Federal Inspection Services in collaboration with Customs Border Protection leadership and stakeholders
- Uses multilingual skills to greet and assist international and domestic visitors and dignitaries
- Promotes collaboration and values passenger, business partner, and team member input to improve the passenger processing experience
- Responsible for all aspects of customer experience including information booth coverage and lost and found management
- Inspects and reports facility irregularities to ensure high standards
- Promotes a safe, secure, and healthy environment through compliance with Safety Management System programs
- Complies with departmental policies and enforces regulatory compliance related to operational activities
- Supports International Services Department budget goals and special events facilitation
