Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Valid Class C Texas driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain all required security badges within six months
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk for extended periods
  • Compliance with City of Houston driving policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and translate English and foreign languages preferred
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Operational experience in an airport environment preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships
  • Familiarity with airport operations and passenger needs

Job Duties

  • Facilitates international passenger departures and arrivals through Federal Inspection Services in collaboration with Customs Border Protection
  • Uses multilingual skills to greet and assist international and domestic visitors and dignitaries
  • Promotes collaboration and values passenger, business partner, and team member input to improve passenger processing
  • Manages information booths and lost and found services to ensure a five-star customer experience
  • Inspects and reports facility irregularities to maintain operational standards
  • Promotes a safe and secure environment through adherence to the Safety Management System
  • Complies with departmental policies and enforces regulatory compliance relative to operational activities
