Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Valid Class C Texas driver’s license
- Ability to obtain all required security badges within six months
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk for extended periods
- Compliance with City of Houston driving policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and translate English and foreign languages preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Operational experience in an airport environment preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships
- Familiarity with airport operations and passenger needs
Job Duties
- Facilitates international passenger departures and arrivals through Federal Inspection Services in collaboration with Customs Border Protection
- Uses multilingual skills to greet and assist international and domestic visitors and dignitaries
- Promotes collaboration and values passenger, business partner, and team member input to improve passenger processing
- Manages information booths and lost and found services to ensure a five-star customer experience
- Inspects and reports facility irregularities to maintain operational standards
- Promotes a safe and secure environment through adherence to the Safety Management System
- Complies with departmental policies and enforces regulatory compliance relative to operational activities
