Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Must comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting
  • Willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccination if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven environment
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic technology proficiency to assist with troubleshooting

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with travelers
  • Comply with all airport security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Greet and assist passengers with any questions or concerns regarding CLEAR products and services
  • Walk through CLEAR lanes and airport terminals to support members and travelers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to CLEAR technology
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times
  • Support the overall customer experience by resolving issues efficiently
