Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer-service-focused communication and engage with potential customers, general travelers, and members alike
  • Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
  • Greet and engage with travelers, helping answer any questions
  • Assist and guide passengers with their questions and concerns
  • Walk through CLEAR lanes and around the airport to assist members and passengers
  • Use CLEAR technology daily and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
