Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • previous customer service experience
  • open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • comply with all security and safety policies and procedures
  • willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccine if required by law

Job Duties

  • Assist and support customers using CLEAR products at the airport
  • provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers and members
  • greet and respond to passenger inquiries
  • ensure compliance with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures
  • walk through CLEAR lanes and around the airport assisting members and passengers
  • troubleshoot technical issues using CLEAR technology
  • maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout shifts
