Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven atmosphere
  • Must comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
  • Ability to engage with customers and travelers respectfully and effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with potential customers and travelers
  • Greet and assist travelers, answering their questions and guiding them as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all security, safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Walk through CLEAR lanes and around the airport to assist members and passengers
  • Use CLEAR technology daily to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
  • Support the creation of frictionless and memorable experiences for CLEAR members and customers
