Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven atmosphere
- Must comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
- Ability to engage with customers and travelers respectfully and effectively

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with potential customers and travelers
- Greet and assist travelers, answering their questions and guiding them as needed
- Ensure compliance with all security, safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Walk through CLEAR lanes and around the airport to assist members and passengers
- Use CLEAR technology daily to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
- Support the creation of frictionless and memorable experiences for CLEAR members and customers
