Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours a day
  • Open availability and flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Compliance with security and safety guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven atmosphere
  • Willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccination as required for U.S.-based positions

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to CLEAR members and travelers
  • Greet and engage travelers to answer questions about CLEAR services
  • Assist passengers in navigating CLEAR lanes and airport procedures
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to CLEAR technology
  • Ensure compliance with all security and safety policies and procedures
  • Walk and stand for extended periods throughout airport terminals
  • Promote a positive and energetic environment for all customers
