Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Compliance with airport security and safety policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment
  • Willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccination if required by law

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven environment
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with potential customers and travelers
  • Comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
  • Greet and assist travelers by answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Walk through CLEAR lanes and around airport terminals to assist members and passengers
  • Use CLEAR technology daily to troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Support the seamless operation of CLEAR services to enhance customer satisfaction
