Job Requirements

  • previous customer service experience required
  • open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Job Duties

  • assist customers with CLEAR products and services at the airport
  • provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers and members
  • comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • greet and answer questions from travelers
  • assist and guide passengers with any concerns
  • walk through CLEAR lanes and airport areas to support members and passengers
  • use CLEAR technology daily to troubleshoot technical issues
