Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or auditing roles especially in car rental preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents or accidents in the last 3 years
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Hiring contingent on passing background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail roles
  • Experience in the car rental industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with the car rental process from start to finish
  • Promote upgrades to premium cars and advise customers on protection and additional service products
  • Assist customers with vehicle returns, resolving inquiries and issues
  • Prepare rental contracts ensuring customer information accuracy and compliance with policies
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals documenting damages
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle options, features, and pricing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental counter and surrounding area
  • Keep accurate records of transactions, inventory, and customer interactions
