Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or auditing roles especially in car rental preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents or accidents in the last 3 years
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Hiring contingent on passing background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail roles
- Experience in the car rental industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with the car rental process from start to finish
- Promote upgrades to premium cars and advise customers on protection and additional service products
- Assist customers with vehicle returns, resolving inquiries and issues
- Prepare rental contracts ensuring customer information accuracy and compliance with policies
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals documenting damages
- Provide detailed information about vehicle options, features, and pricing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental counter and surrounding area
- Keep accurate records of transactions, inventory, and customer interactions
