Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
- possess a valid driver’s license
- must be able to frequently lift more than 70 lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs
- be able to constantly push and pull up to 70 lbs
- frequently walk, stand, reach above shoulder height, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel and bend
- must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- must be willing and able to work outside in varying weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
Job Qualifications

- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state or customs authorities
- possess a valid driver’s license
- one year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling industry preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties
- marshal the aircraft on the ramp for all arriving, departing and towed aircraft
- perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings during pushback and de-icing
- load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material
- operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing and lavatory servicing vehicles
- perform cabin service duties including cleaning lavatories and cabins, and restocking supplies
- monitor and enforce safe working conditions according to regulatory requirements, company policies and safety procedures
- promote and adhere to policies concerning safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity
- complete work safely following company standards
- immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards
