Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent education
- valid Driver’s License
- ability to obtain credentials required per airport, state, or customs regulations
- physically able to frequently lift over 70 lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs
- constantly able to push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel and bend
- able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent education
- must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain airport, state, or customs credentials as required
- preferred one year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience
Job Duties
- Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties
- marshal arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp
- perform wing walker duties and de-ice aircraft as required
- load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials
- operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, water and lavatory servicing vehicles
- service aircraft cabins, including cleaning lavatories and restocking supplies
- monitor and enforce safe working conditions according to policies and regulations
- promote and adhere to safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity policies
- complete tasks safely following operational standards
- report safety and security incidents and potential hazards immediately
- perform other related duties as assigned
